On Saturday, a girl in my building hosted a "Successful Ladies Luncheon". Why? Her cousin has not had much exposure to strong, independent women. Now, I'm not so sure how helpful I was in inspiring this lovely girl to achieve her goals. But I do know that these just-brighter-than-mint pants brought the party.

New [Specs]

Yesterday was the second time I've worn my new glasses out of the house. I'm a big fan of the over-sized, "nerdy" look. For those of you who haven't heard, Warby Parker is a company that sells sunglasses and prescription glasses for $95. For every pair purchased, they send a pair of glasses to someone in need who cannot afford his or her own eyewear. Pretty cool, right?
